Detoxifying Water for Weight Loss!

These detox waters cleanse your body and mind. Includes a citrus and mint infused water, honey and cinnamon water and a grapefruit and apple cider vinegar tonic.

There is no strict rule about making your own detoxifying water for weight loss. You just need to use pure or tap water, your favourite fat-burn ingredients and large pitchers to let the water infuse. The longer you infuse it, the stronger the flavour and more nutrients leaked into the water. Other few combinations include kiwi-mint-cucumber, carrot-cucumber-lemon or pineapple-lemon-coconut water – they are all detoxing and energising.

Citrus Mint

Fruits like Kiwi, lemons, lime, grapefruit, pineapple, apples all loaded with enzymes and antioxidants to kick-start your body natural detox function, but also to nourish your cells with vitamins (especially vitamin C, which is a powerful antioxidant and anti-age ally). Fruits boost your metabolism and help the body eliminate the waste more rapidly.

Ingredients

4 limes, cut into thin slices
2 lemons, cut in thin slices
1 handful fresh mint
4 cups pure/tap water
Ice cubes, to serve

Instructions

In a large pitcher, add all ingredients, cover with a plastic foil and let infuse overnight. Add ice cubes and serve.

Grapefruit apple cider vinegar
