From Coast to Coast at The Dining Room Park Hyatt Chennai – 17th to 26th February 2017
Let’s take a breezy ride along the coasts of India, with some delectable specials at Park Hyatt Chennai’s’ coastal cuisine food festival, this February.
May it be a warm Nethili Varuval of Tamil Nadu, or a spicy Goan Fish Curry from the shores of the tourist paradise, the delicious chaat items from the gullies of Mumbai, or the famous Kathi Rolls of Kolkata, there is sure to be something to get everyone swooning.
A kick start with our very own home town- Tamil Nadu, the food wagon, will be seen pit stopping at close to 12 cities on the way, some of which include, Kerala, Karnataka, Goa, Maharashtra, Gujarat, West Bengal , Orissa, Andhra and Pondicherry.
With a few coastal inspired beverages to add to the excitement, this food festival is all set to reign over The Dining Room starting 17th Feb up until 26th Feb 2017.
