A Taste of the Mediterranean – March 17th to 25th
With March bringing in the perfect climate, The Dining Room brings to you a delicious taste of the Mediterranean. With a lavish buffet spread, the food festival is slated to start from 17th March to 25th March.
Featuring the delicious culinary traditions of Eastern Mediterranean, Southern European and North African cuisines. Encompassing specialities from the stunning cities of Greece, Turkey, Italy, Spain, France, Morocco, Algeria, Libya and many more, the dishes will feature a predominant use of fresh herbs, vegetables and seafood along with olive oil, wine and garlic.
With the sun shining mildly, and the waves reflecting with a wide smile, March also makes for the perfect month to lay back and sip into some of your favourite Mediterranean-inspired beverages. Here are a few specials from our Food and Beverage menus to look forward to:-
A Moroccan tea counter
Traditional country bread representing every region, like the Italian Ciabbatta, French Fougasse, Omani Special stuffed bread, pita, lavash etc.
A Spanish Paella Counter
The ever so famous ‘Ratatouille’
Traditional Desserts like the Tarte Tatin, Savarin, Crepes Suzette, Financier, Opera, and Zabaglione with berries and many more items.
