Actress Deepika Padukone gave the sensuous ‘Silhouette Challenge’ a fun twist, as she took it with her husband, Ranveer Singh. In a video posted on Instagram Reels, she could be seen cosying up to him but when the music transitions, they broke into a game of ‘ring around the rosie’.
“Should we Ring-a-Ring-a-Roses instead @ranveersingh!?” Deepika wrote, along with wink and laughing emojis. Ranveer’s cheeky response was, “Sure, we can call it that,” followed by a smirking emoji. Deepika and Ranveer’s video has got more than 1.6 millions views. Alia Bhatt also commented on their latest post, she wrote, “Hahahah hilarious” with laughing emojis.
Meanwhile, Ranveer took to Instagram to share two playful boomerang videos with Deepika. In the first, it looked like she was trying to bite his cheek, while in the second she gave him a kiss. “Pac-Man eats the Dot!” he wrote in his caption, followed by a zany face emoji and a heart. She commented, “Cutie! @ranveersingh,” along with a heart-eyes emoji.
Earlier this month, Ranveer and Deepika gave their own spin to the viral Buss It Challenge. Fans loved their fun twerk-off.
Deepika and Ranveer will next be seen in sports drama film ‘83’. The film is based on the Indian cricket team’s win at the 1983 World Cup. Ranveer Singh is playing the lead role of Kapil Dev, who was the captain of the winning team. Deepika will portray the role of his wife Romi Dev. ‘83’ will hit the theatres on June 4.
Apart from ‘83’, Deepika will next be seen in Shakun Batra’s next. The yet-to-be-titled film also stars Ananya Panday and Siddhant Chaturvedi in lead roles. Deepika will also feature in Yash Raj Films ‘Pathan’ along with Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham. She will also be seen opposite Hrithik Roshan in Siddharth Anand’s next film ‘Fighter’. The film will release on September 30, 2022.
Ranveer Singh, on the other hand, will be seen in Rohit Shetty’s ‘Sooryavanshi’ and ‘Cirkus’. He also has Yash Raj Films’s ‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar’ in his kitty.
