Gopal Sethi, Executive Chef joins us with a with an impressive 20 years of extensive experience in the culinary world, Gopal brings a wealth of knowledge and
skill to our team. He began his journey with Hyatt, starting at Grand Hyatt Mumbai in 2004.

In early 2022, Gopal embarked on his last assignment as Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Kathmandu, where he continued to excel in his role before joining our resort.
