iAdopt, in association with Manya Art & Kraft Association, is conducting a pet adoption drive on January 11 and 12 at Chennai Santhe, Kalakshetra Grounds. This drive is aimed at homing Indian Mongrel pups, dogs, kittens and cats.
iAdopt was started by a handful of like-minded volunteers (aka animal lovers) with the primary objective of rescuing, rehabilitating and finding forever homes for abandoned and homeless dogs, pups, cats and kittens.
This initiative is also supported by Shaggie Pet Shop, Nandanam who will offer a Special 10% Discount on all the Pet food products and accessories to families who adopt a pet from iAdopt, and Sanchu Animal Hospital, Adyar who will sponsor vaccines (which will be due next) to all the kids who get adopted through this drive and also free vet consultation at the venue.
iAdopt’s team has independently homed 300+ pups, kittens and dogs in the last three years. Besides they have also worked closely with other pet adoption groups to help them with their adoption activities, and in educating families on various aspects involving pets.
