Papaya watermelon arugula feta salad

Ingredients

  • Fresh orange juice – 1/4 cup
  • Fresh lemon juice – 5 tsp
  • Honey- – 2 tsp
  • Salad oil – 1tsp
  • Black pepper powder – to taste
  • Arugula – 1 cup
  • Water melon – 10 cubes (rind removed and seedless)
  • Papaya – 10 cubes (Rind removed and seedless)
  • Feta cheese – 100 gm (grated)
  • Chopped mint leaves – 10-12 leaves

Methods

  1. Take a small bowl and add orange juice, lemon juice, honey, pepper powder, salt, salad oil (for dressing)
  2. Whisk all the ingredients properly
  3. Take a large bowl and put the arugula, watermelon, feta cheese, papaya and mint, pour the dressing and mix them softly
  4. Serve immediately
