Mish Sen, popular food blogger turned author launches her first cookbook which is filled with easy, healthy and quick Indian recipes. The book is titled Kitchen Secrets of an Indian Food Blogger: 52 Easy-to-make Indian Recipes For the Beginner Cook (and beyond), and is intended to set the basic foundation of Indian cooking right for beginners and all those who are trying their hands at cooking for the first time and battling their fast-paced lives. The book aims to improve the confidence level in cooking once the basics are set right, and it can help people try more recipes in the future. The book also makes one well-versed with the ingredients used in Indian cooking that can be easily available in your nearby grocery stores.

Commenting on the launch, Mish Sen said, “I am so happy to see all the hard work and effort finally come to life. The cookbook is curated for first-timers with a lot of thought and detail put into it. Every recipe is accompanied by mentioning the right measurements and quantity of ingredients to be used. Recipes at times require some pre-preparation and detailing in mentioning the procedures and method of cooking and all these minute details are taken care of in the book, which I am not able to share on social media because of limited space. The book caters to all, vegetarians, vegans, and non-vegetarians.
