Ingredients

• 1 No Medium fresh Avocado (puree)
• 25 gms Almonds (badam)
• 25gms Cashew nuts (kaju)
• 5 gms White Poppy seeds (khus khus)
• 5 gms Pistachio, chopped
• 5 gms Fennel seeds (saunf)
• 5 gms Black peppercorn (kali mirch)
• 2-3 Green cardamom seeds (hari elaichi) powder
• 5-6 petals , Rose petals, dried
• 1 lit milk
• 75gmsSugar
• Saffron

Instructions

• Dry roast all the nuts separately.
• SoakCashew nuts, White poppy seeds, Pistachio, Fennel seeds, Black peppercorn and Cardamom seeds powder in 1 cup of milk and keep it aside for2-3 hours. Grind it into a Thandai paste. Add the Avocado puree. Mix well.
• Heat 1 lit of milk. Add sugar, saffron strands and bring them to a boil.
• Mix the Thandai avocado mixture into the milk and stir well. Let it cool down and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to chill.
• Once it is chilled, serve in a glass, add chopped pistachios, and dried rose petals on top.
