The menu curated for the food festival is influenced by local culture bringing out the authenticity to provide an extraordinary gastronomic experience. In an exclusive effort to keep up to the Vietnamese culture, Chef Hari Prasad has come up with a menu prepared with fresh ingredients and herbs, featuring dishes like Vegetable/Chicken Conjee, Banh Mi Ga – Chicken steamed baguette, Prawn rice paper roll, Lamb Pho, Veg/Chicken Donburi, Banana coconut milk sago and much more.
