Chef Dhanaram Maharaj has travelled all the way from Jaipur and brought his Dado (Grandfather) precious recipes passed down for generations. His great-grandfathers has a plethora of experience in cooking in the royal kitchen of Jodhpur and Udaipur. With experience working at renowned hotel brands such as Taj, ITC, Oberoi, Marriott, Fairmont and catering in bulk in and around Jodhpur, he is sure to impress you with Rajputana Food. Chef Dhanaram’s specialty is the Marwari cuisine and now he’s here to give you an authentic Rajasthani experience like never before.
