HOLO Drizzled Rainbow Fruit Salad

· Oranges– 4 Nos
.Lime – 1
· Strawberries – 200 g
· Pineapples – 200 g
· Black Berries – 150 g
· Blue Berries – 150 g
· Red Grapes – 150 g
· Seedless Green Grapes – 200 g
· Sprig of mint leaves – for garnish
. Honey- 2 tbsps

For Dressing:

Juice 1 lime and 1 orange and strain to remove seeds. Whisk in 2 tablespoons of honey and set aside


1. Take the remaining oranges, peel and separate them into pods and remove the seeds

2. Wash the strawberries and dice them into halves

3. Dice the pineapples into small cubes

4. Wash the blackberries, blueberries, red and green grapes and keep them aside

5. Take a large glass bowl and add all the fruit. Season with a pinch of salt.

6. Drizzle the honey, lime-orange dressing. Mix well.

7. Garnish with a sprig of mint leaves
