The annual Cake mixing ceremony was unveiled at the hotel’s lobby area followed by grape stomping and hi-tea. The grand event witnessed residence guests, prominent socialites and corporates in Bengaluru enjoying this elegant event along with the hotel’s associates with great enthusiasm.
Guests revelled in the Christmas cheer as they came together to participate in the fanfare adorning aprons, gloves and chef hats. An assortment of colourful ingredients including raisins, glazed red cherries, and mix fruits, black currants, dried apricots, walnuts and cashew were soaked in a variety of exquisite beverages. Executive Sous Chef Karthik and his team showcased high-end cuisine, decadent appetizers and intoxicating drinks at R Bar that kept the spirits high throughout the evening. The desserts served were created by the talented team of culinary experts and were petit and in sync with the enthralling occasion.
