Vegan and Diabetic Friendly Recipes

Blueberry Chia Pudding

This recipe for Blueberry Chia Pudding uses Swee10 and is a delicious and healthy dessert, ideal for diabetics, vegans, or anyone looking to cut sugar out of their diet.


2 cups almond milk or oat milk
6 tablespoons chia seeds, or more to taste
⅓ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
½ Tsp Swee10 Stevia or more to taste
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch of ground cinnamon


Combine milk, half the quantity of blueberries, Swee10, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a blender; blend until smooth.
Add in the chia seeds and mix well to avoid clumping.
Pour the mixture into 3 ramekins or glasses.
Chill until set- about 8 hours or overnight.
To serve, garnish with remaining blueberries and other dried fruits or nuts of choice.

Blueberry Chia Jam

Sugar-free blueberry chia jam is the perfect breakfast accompaniment. Filled with antioxidants, this jam is delicious and healthy – the perfect combination.


· 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

· 1 Tbsp chia seeds

· 1 1/2 Tsp Swee10 Stevia

· 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice and zest of half a lemon


Add blueberries to a saucepan and cook on low for about 5-10 mins, stirring occasionally.
Mash them with a fork while they are cooking to break them up.
Take the blueberries off the heat and stir in the stevia, lemon juice, and chia seeds.
Let stand until cooled, then transfer to glass jar for storage
