Stress is one of the overused  in the health world today!Anything that poses a challenge or a threat to our well-being is a stress. Some stresses get you going and they are good for you – without any stress at all many say our lives would be boring and would probably feel pointless. However, when the stresses undermine both our mental and physical health they are bad. Apple:

The phytonutrients in apples can help you regulate your blood sugar. Recent research has shown that  polyphenols the can help prevent spikes in blood sugar through a variety of mechanism.They are also rich in anti-oxidants that keeps which help in reducing stress.

Avocado:

This vegetable has healthy fats that can help in relaxing the blood vessels bringing undue stress under control. They help in anti-oxidant absorption in the body.It is best eaten in the form of salads or ground raw into fresh dips.

Almonds:

As the stress levels rises  the nerve cells in your brain too to undergo tension. Almonds have minerals such as Phosphorus and Magnesium that help to relax nerve cells. So,one or two soaked almonds a day can be you relaxed.

Broccoli:

 Broccoli has a strong, positive impact on our body’s detoxification system, and researchers have recently identified one of the key reasons for this detox benefit. Whole Grain food:

A daily serving of whole grains in the form of millet, red rice ,whole legumes, fruits eaten with skin,milk can all be great stress buster foods. The B-vitamins in whole grains ,the complex carbohydrates in legumes and pectin can act on the stress-causing free radicals and relaxes your mind.

Water:

Keeping a bottle of water on your work desk or carrying a bottle wherever you go just does not quench your thirst but also the liquid works as a great stress buster. Water has all that it takes to flush out all the toxins in your body formed due to stress high conditions.

So , do you want  your stress to be  busted just go on and eat. Some healthy walking and sports activity can also tackle stress in a great way.
