Most of the fruits huge nutritional content but the type and quantity of nutrients vary between types. Health benefits of each fruit changes. The common fruit’s beneficial power is below:

Apples:

It’s a complete healthy fruit. It helps in digestion, strengthens bones, provides relief from asthma, lowers blood cholesterol, prevents cancer and helps in reducing weight.

Pears:

Rich source of fiber, copper, potassium, vitamins C,  B2 and E, an excellent source of pectin – a fiber that reduces cholesterol levels. Pears are mostly prescribed for infants, said to be a hypoallergenic fruit which is safe for young children.

Grapes:

This is a common fruit and easily available to include in your daily diet. Grapes alleviate indigestion, constipation, fatigue, kidney disorders and eye problems. It is rich in several vitamins and also possesses minerals like calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and selenium.

Berries:

Blueberries, cherries, and blackberries prevent cancer and keep your heart protected. Intake of cherries in your diet, you can get rid of pain from arthritis, gout and joint inflammation. Since berries have the capability of curing arthritis naturally. Blueberries are in high silicon content helps in the functioning of the pancreas and is good for diabetic conditions. Blackberries can naturally control diarrhea and form new blood cells, but it can also have the adverse reaction of promoting constipation. Mixing blackberries with cherries or prune juice, it will not stop that constipation. Gooseberries and huckleberries are high in sodium and potassium content which helps protect the liver and the intestinal tract.

Tomatoes:

Surprised?! Yes, tomato is a fruit and not a vegetable. However, we typically consider it as one of the latter. Tomatoes have high vitamin content and they are an excellent blood cleanser.

Citrus Fruits:

Fruits are rich in vitamin-C like oranges, limes, lemons, and grapefruits are excellent for your overall health. Oranges are consumed widely for healthy skin, teeth, gums, and to keep the lymphatic system healthy. Lemon (yellow fruit) has been used for vision issues for thousands of years and it also treats disorders ranging from common colds to epilepsy. Drinking lemon juice helps people lose weight. Grapefruit reduces cholesterol and has antioxidant properties. Limes help prevent disorders like scurvy, piles, and gout, as well as respiratory and urinary disorders.

Dry fruits:

Dry fruits like figs, dates, apricots and raisins are immensely beneficial for your health. Besides being excellent laxatives, apricots are a natural remedy for anemic conditions. Figs contain potassium – the essential mineral that helps in controlling blood pressure. Raisins effectively treat anemia, acidosis, fever, and sexual weakness.
