Vipassana is the art of quieting the body and mind, and turning your concentration inwards. Vipassana means “to see things as they really are”. It’s a logical process of mental cleansing through self-reflection. In our everyday life, we experience anxiety, disappointment and dissonance and keep it to ourselves which affects our mental health and others around us but Vipassana, helps us to understand peace and harmony by purifying the mind, releasing the suffering that is deep-rooted. The Vipassana Sessions at Justbe will include Discourse video by Goenkaji followed by discussion.
Vipassana, an age-old practice discovered by Gautam Buddha takes us back to our primal and simplest way of living – in peace and in silence. This May, Nidhi Nahata, gives you a chance to reconnect with yourself in her upcoming Vipassana sessions. Nidhi has experienced this eye-opening journey more than once, and imbibed it into her daily life. She now wants to be able to extend this humbling practice to all of you as well.
