The American Dreamers Burbon

AMERICAN DREAMERS BOURBON SOUR

  1. BOURBON60 ml
  2. FRESH LIME JUICE15 ml
  3. SUGAR SYRUP10 ml
  4. ANGOSTURA BITTERS 5 drops
  5. ORANGE JUICE30 ml

Step 1.Add all indregients in a mixing jar with a scoop of cube ice, shake well & pour along wih the ice in the Glass, Half Orange slice on the rim of the Glass & a red cherry in the drink.

Glass: Rock

Garnish : Orange slice on the rim of the Glass


Material Girls Pom Martini

THE MATERIAL GIRL’S POM MARTINI

  • VODKA 60 ml.
  • POMEGRANATE PEARLS 2 tbl.spoon
  • TROPICANA POMEGRANATE JUICE 90 ml
  • LIME WEDGES  6 nos
  • GRENADINE  5 ml

Step 1. add the Pomegranate seeds in a mixing jar & muddle to extract the juice squeeze the lime wedges in the drink, add the remaining ingredients to the mixing jar with half a scoop of cube ice, shake well & pour in the glass with the ice, serve with a straw.

Glass: Mason Jar

Garnish:  one table spoon  Pomegranate pearls on the drink


Puerto Rican

PUERTO RICAN………..

  • BACARDI BLANCA RUM 20 ml
  • BACARDI DARK RUM 20 ml
  • BACARDI GOLDEN RUM 20 ml
  • PINEAPPLE JUICE 30 ml
  • ORANGE JUICE  60 ml
  • BLOOD ORANGE SYRUP 15 ml
  • ANGOSTURA BITTERS  5 drops
  • SWEET & SOUR  20 ml

Step 1.Add all indregients in a mixing jar with a scoop of cube ice, shake well & pour along wih the ice in the Glass, garnish with a Orange slice & serve.

Glass : 12 OZ GLASS

Garnish: Pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass.


Dill and Malta Orange Mojito  

DILL  & MALTA ORANGE  MOJITO

  • BACARDI ORANGE RUM 60 ml.
  • TROPICANA ORANGE JUICE 120 ml
  • MALTA  ORANGE 1/4 SLICE, HALF CM THICK 6 nos
  • LIME WEDGES  6 nos
  • DILL LEAVES STOCKS 4 nos
  • LIME WEDGES  4 NOS
  • FRESH LIME JUICE 15 ML

Step 1:  in a mixing jar, olace a stock of Dill deaves cut into small pieces, muddle well.to release the aroma..

Step 2: in the same jar add, barcardi, orange juice,orange slices, lime wedges,  ( THE LIME WEDGES ARE ONLY TO ADD COLOUR TO THE DRINK).

Step 3:  Add a scoop of CUBE ice in the mixing jar.                                                                     

Step 4:  Stir well (do not muddle or shake as  the fruit must retain shape).                                                            

Step 5:  Pour into Mason Jar.                                                                                                           

Step 6:  Garnish with three,  top end of the stocks of Dill leaves held together on the mouth of the Jar as in the pic.   

Glass: MASON JAR

Garnish: dill leaves on top of the mouth of the Jar.


Summer of Legends at Hard Rock Cafe

KIWI MOJITO

  • BACARDI CARTA BLANCA  RUM 60 ml.
  • FRESH KIWI PULP  90 ml
  • MINT LEAVES 12 nos
  • LIME WEDGES  6 ml
  • SUGAR SYRUP 15 ml
  • FRESH LIME JUICE 10 ml

Step 1: Place mint leaves in your palm smack it to release the aroma  and place in mixing jar.                                                    Step 2: In the same jar add bacardi rum, kiwi pulp, lime wedges, syrup & fresh lime juice                                                             Step 3:  Add a scoop of crushed ice in the mixing jar. 

Step 4:  pour into Mason Jar.                                                                                                            

Step 5: garnish with Kiwi wheel & serve with a straw.
