For me, every year is my year. My swag keeps changing every few year. Off late it’s just that I have found my mojo. I am very comfortable in the shoes I am today. Not the ones I am wearing, in general (laughs.) I am really comfortable and happy with where things are right now.”
When asked about her upcoming project in the year 2018 she said, “Next year will very exciting for me. I won’t be able to list them all but will talk about the two known projects. We have finished ‘Mulk’ will release in the first half of the year and next is ‘Soorma’ which will release on 29th of June. Both the films are very different, one is a social thriller and another is a biopic about a hockey player.”
On ‘Soorma’ Taapsee said, “Sandeep Singh is the one who taught us all how to play hockey. We have shot half the film and we will complete shooting it by the end of Christmas. Diljit Dosanjh is a very good actor and is a very good shy person. He is also trying to get his presence felt and I think he deserves all the attention”
The actress was last seen in ‘Judwaa 2’ directed David Dhawan and co-starring Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline Fernandez. The actress also confirmed that other than ‘Mulk’ and ‘Soorma’ she will also be part of Anand L. Rai’s ‘Manmarziyan’.
