Alongside the announcement of Leo trailer release date, Venkat Prabhu confirmed the start of Thalapathy 68 shooting on October 2nd. It is said that the pooja for Thalapathy Vijay and Venkat Prabhu’s next film happened yesterday. Tentatively titled, Thalapathy 68, is currently on the floor as the shoot began with a pooja.
It was a double treat for Thalapathy fans as they have got updates regarding Leo and Thalapathy 68, on the same day. Even before the official announcement, there were speculations regarding Thalapathy 68 pooja. Meanwhile, filmmaker Venkat Prabhu and producer, Archana Kalpathi made it official with their tweets. They expressed their excitement as Thalapathy 68 shoot began. They also confirmed that the pictures of Pooja and cast and crew updates will only be unveiled after the release of Leo.
Venkat Prabhu, further, shared a poster imprinted “OCTO68R” denoting the title and wrote, “And it began!! #Thalapathy68 with all ur love and wishes!!! This is gonna be a fun roller coaster ride!! And all pics and updates after namma #Leo release!! God is Kind.” Creative Producer, Archana Kalpathi tweeted, “With all your love support and best wishes we started our 25th Film with our #Thalapathy today. All cast and crew updates and photos will come after #Leo. (Dreams come true more than once).”
Thalapathy Vijay’s upcoming film, Leo, is gearing up for its theatrical release on 19th October 2023. Meanwhile, the shoot for his next film project, Thalapathy 68, began on 2nd October 2023. Bankrolled by AGS Entertainment, the film has Venkat Prabhu as director and Yuvan Shankar Raja as Music Director with Thalapathy Vijay for the first time ever. Stay Tuned for more updates!
