Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road Celebrates Summer Traditions with Mango Pickle Mixing Experience at Melange
Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road hosted a Mango Pickle Mixing Experience at Melange on 7th June, one of Bengaluru’s first-of-its-kind culinary traditions within a hotel brunch setting.
The experience invited guests to mix raw mangoes with spices, oil, and traditional condiments, a ritual deeply rooted in Indian family kitchens. For millennials, it was a fond return to summers spent in ancestral homes and joint family courtyards.
Speaking about the initiative, Ravi Rai, General Manager said, “At Melange, we wanted our guests to participate in a tradition that many associate with home and family. For Gen Z and Gen Alpha growing up in nuclear households, this was an opportunity to experience a ritual that may never have found its way to them otherwise.”
