From the very first spoon, guests are welcomed with refreshing delights like Mango Sago with Pomelo and the delicately layered Italian Mango Crepes with Chilli Mango Coulis, setting the tone for a menu that is both playful and premium. The journey continues through globally inspired creations such as Thai Mango & Jackfruit Salad and the indulgent Lobster and Mango Salad, each dish crafted to celebrate mango in its most versatile avatar.

At the sushi counter, innovation rolls in with Mango Uramaki Rolls and Avocado Mango Summer Sushi, offering a perfect blend of freshness and finesse. For those craving bold flavours, signature grills like Mango Chicken Tikka and Seafood paired with Chilli Mango dressings bring a smoky, tangy twist to the table.
