5 ANTI-AGING HOME-MADE FACE MASKS!
None of us would like to look aged. Once we started aging, we would frown at our aging skin. We would try every anti-aging product to get the young look. However, natural treatments would be more amazing than any other. They are actually safe and full of nutrients which would provide your skin the required glow and improves the skin texture as well. So, here are a few anti-aging home-made face masks to try at home.
COCONUT OIL: To prepare the easiest face mask, you have to take a bowl and add one tablespoon of coconut oil and half tablespoon of pomegranate seed oil and mix it well. Now, you could apply the mixture to your clean face and neck. Leave it to settle on your skin for an hour and wash it off. Well, you could practice it daily as it would make your skin firm and protect against skin damage.
BANANA: You would have to smash the whole banana in a bowl and add rose water to it. Now, mix it well and apply the mixture to your face and neck. Leave it to dry for 15 to 30 minutes and then rinse it off with cold water. Do follow this every alternative day for better results as it would alleviate pigmentation and unevenness of skin tone.
RICE WATER: All you have to do is to take a cup of rice water and soak a paper towel with holes punctured in it for eyes, nose, and mouth as well. Now, soak the towel in rice water for 10 minutes. Now, take it out and wring it gently and place it on your face for 15 to 30 minutes. Later, remove it and wash your face. You could do this as a routine as the mask has the power to fight aging.
ALOE VERA: You would have to add a few drops of lime juice to the two tablespoons of aloe vera extract and mix it well. Apply it on your face and leave it dry for 10 minutes and rinse it off and pat dry. You could apply this mask every day for healing and rejuvenating effect. It would also prevent wrinkles.
FENUGREEK: To prepare this mask, you have to grind the fenugreek seeds and add rose water to it to make it a fine paste. Apply this mixture on your face and leave it to settle for 20 minutes. Later, rinse it off with cold water and pat dry. You could at least use the mask for 3 to 4 times a week as the mask has been effective in reducing lines and wrinkles on the face.
