Arthritis is all about joint pain or joint disease which even causes disability in many people. 1. SUPPLEMENTS OF OMEGA-3: Since omega-3 fatty acids are highly essential for your body, the foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids should be added in their diet. The healthy way to get omega-3 fatty acids is to consume fatty fish such as salmon, tuna, trout, and mackerel. If you do not want to eat fish, then you could go for chia seeds, walnuts, omega-3 rich eggs, and nuts that are great in omega-3 fatty acid.
