6 Utmost Safety Precautions You Should Follow Even After The Lockdown

As lockdown is relaxed in some places in India, there are still some places that continue to be under lockdown. Lockdown or not, you have to be well-prepared when it comes to safety. You could now see people coming out of the house, shops being opened and vehicles on the road in some zones. You should never consider that corona has vacated India completely which is wrong. Still, you have to be ready with precautions whenever you step out of the house. At the same time, you should never turn out to be a valetudinarian which is not good in any away. Here are a few things you have got to incorporate post lockdown almost for the next few months.

MAKE SURE TO WEAR MASK: The foremost thing is to wear a mask when you step out of your house. When you wear a mask, it would prevent you from getting infected from the deadly virus. You could also carry an extra mask with you which would be useful when you meet someone who is not wearing the mask. So, the mask is now a mandatory thing in this pandemic period.

WASH HANDS: When you wear a mask, you should also ensure to wash your hands at least 5 times a day for 20 seconds. Never forget to wash your hands with soap after using the toilet, before eating, when you return home and before starting to cook. It would be a healthy habit and if you have kids, make them practice this healthy habit.

CLEAN YOUR VEHICLES BEFORE YOU START IT: You might not have touched your vehicles for many days and so it might be filled with dirt or bacteria or virus. So, it would be better if you clean and wash your vehicles right before starting it. It is also advisable to clean your vehicles every day or at least weekly.

CONSUME IMMUNE-BOOSTING FOODS: Since it is a deadly virus, you have to build your body healthily by increasing your level of immunity. So, it is highly recommended to eat healthy foods such as vitamin-c rich foods, ginger, garlic, turmeric, nuts, spinach, etc. Ensure your body gets more of vitamin-c and early morning sunlight which is actually good for your body. Also, stay hydrated which is an essential thing in your everyday life.
