Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center is set to host an extraordinary gastronomic experience as Comorin, Gurugram brings its signature flavours to Zarf, the distinguished Indian specialty restaurant. From March 24th to 26th, guests will have the opportunity to indulge in a three-day pop-up featuring a masterful collaboration led by Anuj Bhalla, Head Chef and Varun Sharma, Head of Bars for Comorin.
Comorin, Gurugram is an all-day restaurant and bar owned and operated by EHV International. The restaurant serves comfort food and interesting regional dishes from across the country. Its award-winning bar program includes craft cocktails, house-made liqueurs, and infusions.
The specially curated menu at this pop-up promises an immersive dining experience, showcasing Comorin’s signature dishes crafted with the finest ingredients. Guests can savour an exquisite selection of non vegetarian delights such as Tawa Crab, Anda Bhurji, Chilli Butter Toast and Murgh Yakhni Pulao. Vegetarian highlights include Comorin Dal Tadka, Chilli Mint Laccha Parantha and Kashmiri Guchhi Pulao, Saffron Raita. To round off the experience, indulgent desserts include Cheeni Malai Toast, Honeycomb; Salted Chikki Kulfi, Chocolate; and Monaco Crumble.
Enhancing the dining experience, Comorin expertly crafted cocktails bring an innovative twist to classic flavors. Guests can enjoy refreshing creations like Walnut Sour, Whisky Fizz, Mango Rice, Saffron Mule, and Cucumber Basil Gimlet—perfectly complementing the vibrant menu.
