GREY GOOSE Altius X Amit Aggarwal: Where French Elegance Meets Indian Creativity

Here’s what unfolded at the second edition of Cocktail Couture with Exon: The Code of Light

In a convergence of fashion, craft, and celebration, GREY GOOSE Altius unveiled the second edition of Cocktail Couture, this time in collaboration with visionary couturier Amit Aggarwal. Known for his sculptural and futuristic silhouettes, Amit Aggarwal reimagined GREY GOOSE Altius’ signature glacial elegance and French excellence into a couture language of light, form, and transformation.

At the heart of this surreal evening was Exon: The Code of Light, where an exploration of brilliance, belonging, and imagination took form inspired by the glacial radiance of the French alps. The evening saw the runway transform into a crystalline corridor, alive with alpine resonance, as garments shimmered like radiant codes carried on the body.

Indian Couture meets French elegance

GREY GOOSE Altius, synonyms with l’art de vivre à la française, found in Amit Aggarwal’s hands a striking duality: timeless craftsmanship elevated through fearless futurism.

This dialogue between couture and cocktail posed one defining question: What does it mean to elevate? The answer: A journey into the peak of french luxury with couture that takes fashion to new heights.

Amit Aggarwal said, “When one speaks of high fashion, it has always been synonymous with French couture, and this collaboration with GREY GOOSE Altius challenged me to explore “how one elevates the purity of nature, French elegance, and glacial smoothness into a new form of couture?” The answer became clear: when something is already crafted to perfection, you let it speak for itself. Exon: The Code of Light, is an homage to that brilliance—a way to translate its innovation and timeless elegance into a visual form that feels both ethereal and futuristic

“Collaborating with Grey Goose Altius has been an immersive journey—one that celebrates craftsmanship, innovation, and the essence of modern luxury,” said Amit, speaking about the inspiration behind the collection. “Much like the spirit itself, the collection draws from themes of fluidity, clarity, and elevation. I aimed to translate that ethos into couture that feels light yet powerful, sculptural yet effortless.”

“Drawing on translucent fabrics, sharp geometric lines, and shimmering metallic elements that mirror the pristine, light-refracting quality of ice and the fluid elegance of the spirit, each piece becomes a dialogue between purity and form. This collection is not merely meant to be

worn – but to be felt, experienced, and celebrated. It represents a shared philosophy: that true perfection lies in the sublime balance of nature and craft. Exon is the celebratory spirit of a ceremonial couture where fashion, artistry, and experience converge seamlessly ”

The Altinis reimagined: French Alpine meet Indian landscape

The showcase extended beyond garments to create a multi-sensory experience. Guests were presented with a specially curated cocktail collection, where mixologist Avinash Kapoli’s bespoke Altinis poured glacial smoothness of Altius in every sip.

Avinash Kapoli, said “Crafting this cocktail collection was a true conversation with Amit Aggarwal’s vision. Drawing from the glacial elegance of Grey Goose Altius and the rich, vibrant tapestry of India’s landscapes, each drink embodies the crisp purity of the spirit itself. We have translated the refined artistry of couture into a liquid form, blending locally sourced ingredients like jujube, apple, and jasmine to curate a collection where every cocktail is a perfectly tailored expression of both French finesse and Indian inspiration.”

The first creation, Alpage Vert (Green Mountain Pasture), was an elegant martini that carried Altius through a garden of herbs. Crisp, aromatically lifted, and refreshingly clean, it glided across the palate like a breath of alpine air. Next came Sel des Cimes (Salt of the Peaks), a savoury martini infused with the earthy depth of jujube pickled brine. Bold and briny, its unique balance captured the rugged yet refined spirit of the mountains. The Pomme en Altitude (Apple at Altitude) followed, which was a highball that lifted Altius with the crisp freshness of apples grown high up in the mountains. bright green apple and fresh The finale, Éclat du Soir (Radiance of the Evening) shimmered in a floral-forward spritz that made it the perfect golden-hour companion lingering with light and elegance.

Siddhant Kapoor, Brand Manager – Premium White Spirits, Bacardi India said, “With this edition of Cocktail Couture, we seek to go beyond indulgence to craft sophisticated cultural moments. Our collaboration with Amit Aggarwal reflects the brand’s ethos: French excellence, artistic innovation, and the ability to transform every detail into an elevated experience. We are incredibly proud of this evening where each element came together as a spectacle of refinement, offering a rare taste of luxury at its peak.”

Extending his vision beyond the runway, Amit Aggarwal unveiled a bespoke couture barware collection created exclusively for the evening, a natural homage to the French excellence of Grey Goose Altius. The sculptural barware and reimagined stirrers were designed to be an extension of couture itself, rendered in serene shades of icy blue and teal that echoed the poetry of glaciers fracturing the sky with light and brilliance. Each piece was a testament to the spirit’s glacial smoothness and purity, demonstrating how true artistry can transcend categories, blending the sophistication of couture with the elegance of everyday living to shape an experience, not just an appearance.

A star-studded evening of brilliance and elegance

The evening opened with guests stepping into a luminous glasshouse, where actor Kalki Koechlin raised a bilingual toast in French and English to duality, artistry, and refinement. “How do you elevate something already perfect,” said Kalki, her words resonating deeply with the theme of the event. A live piano performance by Sahil Vasudeva set the stage for Aggarwal’s couture showcase inspired by alpine landscapes. The showstopper, Ibrahim Ali Khan and Sharvari, stole the show, gliding down the glacier-blue runway draped in Amit Aggarwal’s sculptural silhouettes. The night culminated in a high-energy afterparty as DJ Nina took over, transforming the space into a luminous celebration where couture met cocktails.
