Artworld recently inaugurated an exhibition showcasing paintings by acclaimed artist Pradip Maitra and sculptures by Bimal Kundu. The exhibition was inaugurated on 21 August 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at Artworld, Chennai.
Bringing together two distinct artistic practices, the exhibition presents a compelling collection of paintings and sculptures that reflect the individual artistic expressions, perspectives and creative approaches of Pradip Maitra and Bimal Kundu. The showcase offers art enthusiasts and collectors an opportunity to experience the interplay between two-dimensional painting and three-dimensional sculptural forms.
The exhibition is currently on view at Artworld, 1/12 Ganeshpuram 3rd Street, Off Cenotaph Road, Chennai – 600018, and will continue until 10 September 2026.
Visitors can view the exhibition from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. The gallery remains closed on Sundays.
