EBG Group Partners with Native Touch for 100+ Retail Outlets, Transforming India’s Food Service Market

EBG Group, a diversified conglomerate with interests spanning EVs, wellness, hospitality, and consumer electronics, has announced a strategic partnership with Native Touch, an authentic Indian food brand, to establish over 100 outlets nationwide. The move is expected to generate more than 5,000 direct and indirect jobs, marking one of the largest growth stories in India’s wellness-driven food industry this year. As part of this expansion, EBG Group is set to drive retail store developments with an investment range starting from ₹10–75 lakh per location in the upcoming year, reinforcing its commitment to scale Native Touch across India.

Native Touch, founded by Radesh Boopathy, is built on the vision that healthy Indian food should be an everyday choice without compromising authenticity. With EBG’s infrastructure, capital support, and operational expertise, the brand will expand into metro cities like Chennai, Bangalore & other Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities through a mix of cafés, express counters, cloud kitchens, and delivery-first formats.

The expansion will follow a franchise-led model, opening doors for local entrepreneurs while ensuring consistency through centralized sourcing, standardized recipes, and robust training modules.

Hari Kiran, Co-Founder & COO of EBG Group, said, “At EBG, we believe the future of India’s food service market lies in brands that are deeply authentic yet scalable. Native Touch brings exactly that balance, soulful, wellness-driven Indian cuisine rooted in tradition, but ready to grow into a nationwide movement. This partnership is not just about opening 100+ outlets; it’s about creating a credible Indian alternative in a space dominated by global QSR chains, while generating over 5,000 jobs and empowering local entrepreneurs. We see this as the beginning of a new chapter where Indian food brands can stand shoulder-to-shoulder with global giants.”

This partnership arrives at a pivotal moment, as India’s wellness-focused dining market is expanding rapidly, driven by urban consumers demanding healthier alternatives to mainstream fast food. Native Touch aims to seize this momentum by offering menus with millet-based recipes, plant-based options, seasonal local produce, and low-oil cooking methods. Within five years, the brand targets becoming one of the top three homegrown QSR players, capturing a double-digit market share in the organized dining space.

Radesh Boopathy, Founder of Native Touch, added, “Native Touch was created with a simple vision to make healthy Indian food an everyday choice without losing authenticity. Partnering with EBG gives us the ability to scale this vision while retaining the soul of what we serve. Together, we will bring soulful food experiences to every corner of India, blending tradition with modern formats and growth.”

The first phase will cover metros like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad, followed by Tier 1 cities such as Pune, Ahmedabad, and Kochi, and Tier 2 hubs including Lucknow, Jaipur, and Coimbatore. To extend reach beyond dine-in formats, Native Touch is in talks with Swiggy, Zomato, and Blinkit for quick-commerce integration, and will soon introduce ready-to-eat packaged products on Amazon and Instamart.

A significant portion of the supply chain will be locally sourced, supporting farmers and small businesses across India. While the immediate focus is on building a strong nationwide footprint, the long-term vision is to take soulful Indian food global, especially in markets with a large diaspora and rising demand for authentic, wellness-driven dining. This alliance between EBG Group and Native Touch is not just a business expansion, but a step toward reshaping how India and the world experience modern Indian food.
