Twisted Tail – Cocktail Recipe

  1. Smoked Uncanny Apricot Spice (Uncanny (Peach, Apricot, Clove & Cinnamon)

Ingredients:-

  • 150 ml Twisted Tails Uncanny (Peach • Apricot • Clove • Cinnamon)

  • 3 Fresh apricots, pits removed (muddled)

  • 1 Thin slice of fresh ginger (muddled)

  • 2 Whole cloves (lightly crushed)

  • 60 ml Soda water

  • 1 Cinnamon stick (smoked)

  • 1 Sprig mint

  • 30-60ml Whiskey/Dark Rum/Gin (optional)

  • Crushed ice

Instructions:-

  • In a shaker, muddle apricots with ginger and cloves

  • Add Uncanny flavour

  • Add 30-60ml Whiskey/Dark Rum/Gin (optional)

  • Add ice and shake/stir

  • Strain into a stemless wine glass filled with crushed ice.

  • Top with soda water for fizz

  • Smoke a cinnamon stick by gently charring one end, let the aroma infuse over the glass

  • Garnish: Smoked cinnamon stick + mint sprig + optional apricot wedge

  1. Uncanny Fruit Sangria

          Ingredients:-

  • 180-250 ml Twisted Tails Uncanny (Peach • Apricot • Clove • Cinnamon)

  • 80 ml Fresh-squeezed orange juice (1 medium orange)

  • 60 ml Fresh apple juice (from 1 apple muddled and strained)

  • Peach, apple & orange slices

  • ½ Lemon – freshly squeezed

  • 1 Stick cinnamon

  • 180-200ml Red/White Wine (optional)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

  • Optional: splash of chilled soda water for fizz

        Instructions:-

  • In a pitcher, add peach & apple slices and muddle to release juice

  • Combine Uncanny and lemon juice and stir

  • Add 180-200ml Red/White Wine (optional)

  • Let sit in the fridge 30–45 minutes for natural infusion

  • Pour into tall-stem sangria glasses, adding fruit slices into each serve

  • Optional: top with soda water for a light fizz

  • Garnish: Peach slice + cinnamon stick

 

  1. Mystical Vanilla Caramel Matcha Glow (Mystical (Vanilla & Caramel) 

Where earthy meets eerie, this vibrant, non-conformist drink challenges your expectations. A mystical tale unfolds with each sip, as vanilla and caramel’s sweet nostalgia clashes playfully with the bold, real flavor of matcha.

Ingredients:-

  • 120 ml Twisted Tails Mystical (Vanilla & Caramel)

  • 1 tsp Matcha powder (culinary grade)

  • 30 ml Warm water (not boiling, ~80°C)

  • Add 30-60ml Whiskey/Dark Rum/Vodka/ Coffee Liqueur (optional)

  • 50 ml Chilled soda water (or still water for non-fizzy)

  • Ice cubes

Instructions:-

  • Whisk matcha powder in warm water until smooth and frothy (no lumps).

  • In a tall glass with ice, pour Mystical

  • Add 30-60ml Whiskey/Dark Rum/Vodka/ Coffee Liqueur (optional)

  • Slowly add matcha mix, then top with soda or still water.

  • Stir gently to layer caramel sweetness with earthy matcha.

  • Garnish: Matcha dust on top or a vanilla pod laid across glass.

 

  1. Mystical Vanilla Caramel Smoked Chili Elixir 

Where smooth meets fiery, this daring, unapologetic creation stirs intrigue. A mystical tale unfolds with each sip, as vanilla and caramel’s soft indulgence clash playfully with ginger’s sharp bite and the smoky heat of red chili.

Ingredients: –

  • 120 ml Twisted Tails Mystical (Vanilla & Caramel)

  • 10 ml Fresh ginger juice (or muddle 4 thin slices of fresh ginger)

  • 1 small smoked dry red chili (lightly toasted on open flame or in a pan)

  • 30–50 ml Still water (optional, to open up flavours)

  • Add 30-60ml Whiskey/Dark Rum/Tequila (optional)

  • 1 large ice cube or multiple smaller

Instructions:-

  • Lightly toast/smoke the chili until aromatic

  • In a mixing glass with ice, combine Mystical + ginger juice and stir gently until chilled

  • Add 30-60ml Whiskey/Dark Rum/Tequila (optional)

  • Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube or smaller cubes

  • Add the smoked chili (drop in for infusion or rest on the rim)

  • Optionally add a splash of still water if you want it smoother

  • Garnish: Smoked red chili + thin ginger coin.
