Founders Ankit Patel and Sandeep Kintali bring their synergistic expertise to launch India’s most innovative modern Indian food venture in Kondapur this November.

HYDERABAD, India – 14th November, 2025 – Stuffed Food LLP, a dynamic new force in the Indian food and beverage sector, announced the highly anticipated launch of its three pioneering brands—ST-UFF, Yolk Theory, and South Coffee Bar—under one roof in Kondapur. This multi-brand destination promises to make Indian food “cool, creative, and convenient” for the modern consumer.

The vision behind this ambitious venture comes from the powerful partnership of Ankit Patel, the creative restaurateur behind award-winning brands like The Marich, and Sandeep Kintali, a seasoned operator with deep expertise in hospitality. Together, they blend brand vision with operational mastery to create a scalable, soulful dining experience.

A Trio of Innovative Concepts:

  1. ST-UFF: Playfully named and creatively executed, ST-UFF revolutionizes the humble idli by transforming it into a protein-rich, stuffed delicacy. Signature dishes like the Chicken Keema Idli and Beetroot & Carrot Idli offer a modern twist on a South Indian classic.

  2. Yolk Theory: Celebrating the egg as a gourmet ingredient, Yolk Theory offers a menu of protein-packed, street-style creations. Must-try items include the Egg Southern Sixty-Five and the Nargisi Egg Kheema, turning simple eggs into culinary art.

  3. South Coffee Bar: A tribute to South India’s timeless filter coffee culture, this bar serves authentic, directly sourced brews from Chikmagalur estates. Signature offerings like the Bellam Bliss and Madras Degree Filter Coffee provide a perfect, traditional complement to the meal.

Helmed by Chef Amar and his team, the culinary philosophy across all brands is “Modern South Indian Fusion,” combining traditional techniques with global inspiration. The emphasis is on high-quality, traceable ingredients, including idli batter from a premier Hyderabad kitchen and locally sourced, farm-fresh eggs and produce.

The 64-seater space in Kondapur is designed to be a community hub, embodying a vibe that is both “Modern. Soulful. Inventive.” The interior features warm tones, wooden textures that narrate the brands’ stories. A dedicated coffee bar allows guests to witness the authentic decoction brewing process.
