pop-up by the much-loved Turkish chef Yildiz Öz Samaha, known for her deep connection to Ottoman cooking and the comforting flavours of the Eastern Mediterranean.

Set against Bengaluru’s glittering skyline, The Persian Terrace offers a beautiful open-air setting, warm lights, a gentle breeze and that unmistakable Middle Eastern charm. It’s the kind of place that invites you to slow down, savour your meal, and enjoy the company you’re with.

The menu is curated by Chef Yildiz Öz Samaha, celebrated for her Ottoman-era culinary roots and her mastery of Eastern Mediterranean flavours. Her cooking is shaped by authenticity, memory, and storytelling, bringing to life dishes that honour Levantine culture while embracing artistry and refinement.

Guests can indulge in a spread inspired by Levantine–Mediterranean–Lebanese cuisine, featuring reimagined mezze such as smoked-tahini hummus, pomegranate-kissed muhammara, and za’atar-dusted labneh. Signature mains include slow-braised lamb with sumac and freekeh, seafood tagine with preserved lemon, and fragrant saffron-infused rice.
