This festive season, Royal China Bangalore presents a specially curated Christmas menu that blends classic Cantonese techniques with comforting winter flavours. Thoughtfully crafted for the holidays, the menu highlights signature preparations and indulgent desserts, making it ideal for celebratory lunches and dinners.

Standout dishes include the Cantonese Roast Duck, slow-roasted until tender and infused with aromatic spices, and Lamb with Seasonal Vegetables, featuring seared lamb slices tossed with shiitake mushrooms, snow peas, and baby corn in a rich oyster sauce. The Truffle Tenderloin, served hot plate–seared and finished with fragrant truffle oil, adds a decadent festive touch.

Desserts round off the menu on an indulgent note with Chinese Toffee Banana or Apple, Sticky Toffee Pudding, and the signature Royal China Mud Cake.
