ASUS Reinforces Customer Commitment with Free Service Camp in New Delhi

ASUS, a Taiwanese tech giant, will hold a one-day free service camp in New Delhi on January 31 as part of ASUS Assurance which is ASUS India’s promise of worry-free ownership, combining quality engineering with dependable support, protection, and service (the 4As) across the entire device lifecycle. The camp will deliver hands-on technical support, comprehensive device health checkups, and expert guidance to help customers optimize performance and extend the life of their ASUS devices.
The service camp will be held at Second Floor, Ambience Mall, S-203B, opposite Bahrisons Books, Vasant Kunj II, New Delhi, 110070 and will be open to customers from 11 AM to 6 PM.

As part of ASUS service camp, ASUS engineers and representatives from the Regional Service Leadership team will extend a range of complimentary services, proactive assessment and advice for thermal management, essential maintenance to prevent overheating due to dust, diagnostic checks to evaluate storage efficiency and health, bundle software and hardware diagnostics. Customers will also receive assistance with the functionality and configuration of the self-test MyASUS application.
Beyond technical servicing, the camp will focus on customer education and preventive care. Participants will receive practical guidance on device care, software optimization, and best practices to maintain system performance, directly from ASUS experts. Information on ongoing ASUS offers and service initiatives will also be shared during the camp, enabling customers to stay informed about available support and benefits.
To enhance the overall experience, souvenirs will be provided to participants attending the service camp.
