Bengaluru Embassy Tech Village, hosted TRISHUL 2.0, celebrating women's leadership and empowerment.
Centered around the theme “Empowered Women, Empower Women,” TRISHUL 2.0 served as a powerful platform for conversations on economic independence, leadership, mentorship, and the importance of continuous learning in a rapidly evolving world. The event created an opportunity for aspiring hospitality professionals and young students to interact with accomplished leaders and gain valuable insights from their journeys.
The evening began with a networking session that set the tone for collaboration and connection among participants, followed by a special message introducing the vision behind Shakti by Hilton and the TRISHUL initiative. The program also highlighted the significance of Women’s History Month, reflecting on the remarkable contributions women have made across industries and communities.
The formal proceedings commenced with a welcome address by Mr. Sujeet Kumar, Cluster General Manager – Hilton & Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, who spoke about the importance of creating inclusive platforms that inspire women to lead with confidence and purpose. This was followed by remarks from Mr. Manish Garg, Cluster General Manager – Hilton & Hilton Garden Inn Embassy Tech Village, who emphasized the role of organizations in fostering diverse and supportive workplaces where women can thrive.
The highlight of the evening was a thought-provoking keynote address by Ms. Shraddha Amit, CEO of Kshemavana, a renowned wellness entrepreneur and social impact leader. She shared insights on purpose-driven leadership and her work empowering rural communities through holistic wellness and livelihood initiatives.
An engaging panel discussion followed, moderated by Dr. Sarita Iyer, education mentor and author, bringing together accomplished women leaders from diverse fields. The panel featured Leela Kirloskar, embodied leadership coach; Usha Rao, wellness trainer and fitness expert; Anuradha B. M., founder of Go Pink Cabs; Captain Shivani Kulkarni, commercial pilot at IndiGo; and Resham Gupta, Director of Human Resources at Conrad Bengaluru.
The discussion explored powerful themes including economic independence, leadership evolution, and continuous skill development in a technology-driven world. Panelists reflected on their personal journeys, sharing defining moments of empowerment, strategies for navigating male-dominated industries, and the importance of mentorship and women supporting women in professional spaces. Conversations also focused on how women can move beyond financial independence to influencing decisions in workplaces and communities while staying resilient and relevant in rapidly transforming industries.
As part of the evening’s recognition segment, each panelist nominated an inspiring woman from their community to honor. The panelists were later felicitated with certificates of appreciation by the General Managers, recognizing their contributions to leadership and empowerment.

The evening concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Abhiram Menon, General Manager of Hilton Embassy Golflinks, followed by a group photograph and a curated high tea that encouraged continued networking and conversations.
