The Lalit Great Eastern Kolkata Celebrates the “King of Fruits” with ‘Mango Mania’ at The Bakery

This summer, The LaLiT Great Eastern Kolkata invites guests to indulge  in the season’s most loved fruit with the launch of “Mango Mania” at The Bakery — a  vibrant showcase of handcrafted mango-inspired desserts and refreshing shakes. The festival  promises a delightful celebration of flavour, freshness, and creativity, specially curated for  mango lovers across the city. 

Set against the warm spirit of summer, Mango Mania brings together a specially designed menu  featuring an irresistible range of artisanal desserts and signature beverages made using  organically grown mangoes sourced from the hotel’s gardens. Guests can enjoy a rich medley of  tropical indulgences including Mango Paradise Cheesecake, Mango Gandhoraj Pavlova,  Pistachio Mango Symphony, Mango Basil Entremets, and refreshing favourites like the  Classic Mango Milk Shake and Chilled Mango Coconut Milk Shake.  

Crafted by the expert pastry and culinary team at The Bakery, the menu blends classic flavours  with contemporary presentation, offering guests a luxurious seasonal experience that celebrates  the richness of India’s favourite fruit. 

Speaking on the occasion, the executive chef Sunayan Pramanik from The LaLiT Great Eastern  Kolkata said: 

“Mango Mania is our tribute to the joy and nostalgia associated with mangoes during the  summer season. Through this curated menu, we wanted to create an experience that is  refreshing, indulgent, and memorable for our guests.” 

The festival will be available daily from 12:00 noon onwards, with prices starting at INR 295 onwards.
