 This summer, The Kitchen by Chef Deepa is bringing comfort to the table with the launch of its new range of Rice Bowls,a collection of wholesome, satisfying meals inspired by India’s most-loved comfort foods. Perfect for busy lunches, relaxed dinners, or a quick yet nourishing meal, the new menu celebrates familiar flavours in a convenient bowl format.

Crafted with simple ingredients and authentic recipes, the Rice Bowl collection combines hearty curries and dals with perfectly steamed rice, offering guests a complete meal that is both comforting and fulfilling.

The newly launched range includes:

• Dal Chawal Bowl – A comforting combination of yellow dal and steamed rice; simple, nourishing, and timeless.
• Kadhi Chawal Bowl – Traditional gram flour and yogurt curry served with rice, delivering the ultimate homestyle comfort.
• Rajma Chawal Bowl – Slow-cooked kidney beans in a flavourful gravy paired with steamed rice for a hearty meal.
