Crafted to complement the romance of the monsoon, the menu features a thoughtfully selected assortment of savoury mini bites, crispy delights, and sweet treats, paired with refreshing dips and accompaniments. Each item has been curated to offer guests a balanced mix of global flavours and Indian-inspired favourites, making it an ideal companion to premium teas and the serene seaside ambiance.
Guests can indulge in a variety of offerings including Croissant Chicken Tikka and Paneer Tikka Sandwiches, Mushroom Cheese Quiche, Chicken Pie, and Chowringhee Mix Veg Puff under the savoury selection. The crispy section features favourites such as Fish Fingers, Veg Fingers, Dabeli, Veg and Chicken Hot Dogs, while the sweet indulgence includes rich Brownies and Blondies. A selection of signature dips and chutneys including Mint Chutney, Tamarind Chutney, Peri Peri Dip, and Sweet Chilli Sauce further enhances the experience.
