On the heels of the GST Council approving the new schema of e-invoice and new returns in the recent GST council meetings and recommended for the implementation from April 2020. E-invoice is the future means of electronic billing that has been adopted by many governments internationally, which will soon start in India.
Sector experts from Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, who will lead the session will take you through the topics ranging from legislative changes to new tax reporting requirements under e-invoicing and new returns. E-invoicing is a system in which B2B invoices are authenticated electronically by GSTN for further use on the common GST portal, businesses will have the many benefits by using e-invoice initiated by GSTN.
