Candlelight Celebrates Iconic Venues Across India on World Heritage Day
On the occasion of World Heritage Day, Candlelight is bringing focus to how heritage spaces across India can be experienced in more engaging and accessible ways through its live music series. The platform has been hosting performances at iconic venues such as Safdarjung Tomb and Purana Qila in Delhi, along with Afghan Church. By placing audiences within these historic settings, Candlelight enables a direct and immersive connection with spaces that are often viewed only as monuments.

At a time when conversations around preservation continue to grow, Candlelight presents a strong example of how heritage spaces can be meaningfully experienced through public engagement. Experiences hosted at venues such as Afghan Church reflect how these sites can evolve into living spaces that retain their historical relevance while being part of present day cultural life. Building on this, Candlelight is set to introduce a new venue in Delhi at St. James Church, further expanding its presence across landmark locations in India.
