CecureUs, a leading organization dedicated to fostering safe, inclusive, and compliant
workplaces, successfully hosted the 5 th edition of CecureUs Awards 2025–2026 on April 2,
2026, at Le Royal Meridien, Chennai. The event brought together industry leaders, HR
professionals, and change-makers to recognize organizations and individuals driving
meaningful impact in workplace culture.
Building on the strong legacy of previous editions, this year’s awards celebrated excellence
across key areas including Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH), Diversity & Inclusion
(D&I), Employee Wellbeing, Ethical Practices, and Exemplary Workplace Initiatives.
A Platform for Recognition and Thought Leadership
The event commenced with a warm networking session, followed by an inaugural address
and an overview of CecureUs’ journey and impact in shaping workplace excellence by Ms.
Viji Hari, Founder & CEO, CecureUs
The ceremony was graced by Chief Guest Ms. Gauri Das, Head HR and CSR – India Factoring
and Finance Solutions Private Limited, who shared valuable insights on the importance of
building people-centric organizations grounded in trust, safety, and inclusivity.

One of the key highlights of the event was a thought-provoking panel discussion on:

risks they take in their roles, and the personal moments they give up , these cannot be
compensated with money. And that is why organizations owe more to their people than just
