PVR INOX AND THE AMERICAN PECAN COUNCIL COME TOGETHER TO ELEVATE THE CINEMA DINING EXPERIENCE

Reinforcing its commitment to continually redefine the movie-going experience through innovation and hospitality, PVR INOX, India’s largest and most premium cinema exhibition company, has partnered with the American Pecan Council to introduce the Pecan Food Festival, an exclusive seven-week culinary celebration that brings the distinctive taste of American pecans to movie lovers across 33 select cinemas in Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bengaluru.

Running from July 17 to August 30, 2026, the festival presents a limited-edition menu celebrating one of the world’s finest tree nuts through chef-inspired recipes, offering audiences an opportunity to discover international flavours while enjoying the biggest films of the season.

As audience expectations continue to evolve, cinemas are increasingly becoming destinations where entertainment and hospitality come together. Reflecting this shift, PVR INOX continues to expand its food and beverage offerings through exclusive collaborations, seasonal menus and internationally inspired ingredients that elevate its culinary portfolio.

Available across select Director’s Cut, Gold Class, INSIGNIA, and LUXE cinemas, the festival introduces American pecans, celebrated worldwide for their naturally rich, buttery flavour, distinctive crunch and remarkable versatility. While available through premium retail channels, the ingredient remains relatively underexplored in India’s mainstream culinary landscape, offering audiences a unique opportunity to discover its flavour and versatility in a cinema setting.

Developed exclusively for the festival by Chef Mayank and his team, the menu showcases American pecans across an imaginative range of sweet and savoury creations, celebrating one of the world’s finest superfoods through thoughtfully crafted recipes that offer patrons an opportunity to discover the versatility of this remarkable tree nut while enjoying the biggest films of the season.
