Actress Taapsee Pannu bagged the Best Actress Critics Filmfare Award for her stunning and realistic portrayal of Prakashi Tomar in biopic Saand Ki Aankh.
Actress Taapsee Pannu’s body work, prosthetics, and her mannerisms that convince audience that she’s a 60 year old woman in sports biopic has fetched her 65th Amazon Filmfare Award in Best Actress Critics Category along with her co-star Bhumi Pednekar.

Haseen Dillruba is a mystery thriller film directed by Vinil Mathew and produced by Anand L. Rai and Himanshu Sharma under the banner Colour Yellow Productions. The film stars Taapsee Pannu,Hansika Motwani and Vikrant Massey. The film is scheduled for theatrical release on 18 September 2020.
Taapsee Pannu will next be seen in Thappad, which is directed and co-produced (with Bhushan Kumar) by Anubhav Sinha. The film stars Taapsee Pannu as a woman who files for divorce when her husband slaps her. It will be theatrically released on 28 February 2020.
