​Grateful For All The Love India Gave Me Says Elli AvrRam

Swedish Greek Bollywood actress Elisabet Avramidou Granlund, known professionally as Elli AvrRam got nostalgic during her recent media interaction and expressed that she is very grateful to India for accepting her and not making her feel an outsider.

Elli AvrRam was interacting with media on the sidelines of Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2020 in Mumbai.

When asked about her experiences as a struggler when she came to India, on this Elli said, “When I came to India, I never felt that I am an outsider. I immediately felt in love and got adapted to the lifestyle of the country. Luckily I got to stay with Gujrati family, who supported me. And before learning hindi, I learnt Gujrati”

“I must say, people of India are very cooperative and supportive. They will always be close to my heart. I feel very blessed, that have reached till here. I am really grateful to my Indians fans for accepting me and giving me so much of love” added Elli.

Elli was last seen onscreen in the recently released “Malang”. Directed by Mohit Suri, “Malang” also features Anil Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur, Disha Patani and Kunal Khemu in the lead role. The movie opened with mixed reviews.

She will next be seen in the Tamil film “Paris Paris” and Kannada movie “Butterfly”.

Butterfly or Paris Paris, are the official remakes of Kangana Ranaut starring Queen, helmed by Vikas Bahl. The Telugu version, Butterfly is directed by Ramesh Aravind and produced by Manu Kumaran. The film features Parul Yadav in the lead role.
