This Valentine’s Day, One Floor Down flips the script. This isn’t a quiet dinner but a full-bodied celebration for friends, favourites, and everyone who believes love is louder when shared. A night to chill, shake a leg, sing out loud, and stay long enough to feel the room change.
Known for its warm, lived-in charm and unmistakable house-party energy, One Floor Down turns into the perfect Valentine’s playground, where tables fill fast, glasses clink often, and the music keeps nudging you back onto the floor.
For the occasion, Executive Chef Abhrajyoti Nandy brings together a menu built for sharing and staying awhile. The Valentine’s specials include comforting, crowd-pleasing plates like Beef Meatballs with Creamy Polenta, Creamy Hummus with Slow-Cooked Lamb, Tenderloin with Mushroom Ragù Cream & Chimichurri, Red Wine–Braised Chicken, and Grilled Salmon with Prosecco Cream, bold flavours that anchor the night and keep the party fuelled.
Desserts keep things indulgent and fun, with Helen’s Sweet Scandal and French Toast with Crème Brûlée, best ordered for the table, preferably after dancing.
At the bar, the pours are unapologetically festive. Crafted by Sagar Sarki, Head of Mixology at One Floor Down, the Valentine’s cocktail line-up is all about personality and punch. Expect Sweet Amalia (cocoa rum, coffee liqueur, coffee mousse), Pink Rhapsody (raspberry vodka, lemongrass oleo), White Petronia (jasmine gin, yuzu lime, kaffir lime leaf oleo), and Oh Maria! (green mango, tequila) — each designed to keep you coming back for “just one more.”
Turning up the tempo, DJ Chirag takes over the decks on 14th February from 8 PM onwards, spinning international hits that keep the energy high and the dance floor alive.
Because some Valentine’s nights are meant to be shared, loudly, joyfully and together.
