Cappella at The Palomar by Crossway – Unveils “Signature Plates” A New Way to Dine, Share, and Savour
Cappella invites diners to slow down and savour the joy of shared meals with the launch of Signature Plates, a limited-time dining experience designed around generous platters, bold flavours, and meaningful moments at the table. Available from 16th January to 28th February, this promotion brings together five indulgent dishes crafted for sharing, conversation, and lingering long after the last bite.
Each Signature Plate tells its own culinary story. Seafood lovers will find comfort and indulgence in the Brown Butter Poached Prawns, where jumbo prawns are gently cooked in nutty brown butter and garlic, paired with sweet corn, grilled vegetables, and warm garlic bread from Cappella’s in-house bakery. Equally compelling is the Ceylon Pepper Crab, featuring Fresh Crab enveloped in a robust, aromatic Pepper Sauce, served with Buttered Toasted Brioche made for soaking up every drop.
For those who enjoy variety on one plate, the Nawabi Chicken Platter delivers three distinct kebabs—Fragrant Hariyali, Rich Saffron Malai, and Fiery Tandoori Lal Mirch—charred in the tandoor and served with Garlic Toum, Crispy Fries, and Fresh Naan. Meat lovers can indulge in the Smoked Brisket, where tender, Smoky Slices rest over Grilled Vegetables and Potato Wedges, Complemented by Creamy Mac and cheese and a bright Chimichurri sauce.
Rounding off the experience is the luxurious Lobster Thermidor, featuring fresh lobster in a signature Creamy Sauce, baked under a Golden cheese crust and served with seasonal vegetables, Herb rice, and Brazilian cheese bread with Chimichurri.
