Casanoni Trattoria Joins The Flying Elephant for an Italian Feast – The Vermouth & Pizza Project

The Flying Elephant at Park Hyatt Chennai invites guests to embark on a culinary journey to Italy with The Vermouth & Pizza Project, a special collaboration with Casanoni Trattoria, from 18th to 21st August 2025.

This four-day pop-up will feature ten handcrafted, wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas made using premium ingredients, authentic techniques, and vibrant flavors inspired by Nonna’s kitchen.

Highlights include the classic Margherita with fresh basil and tomatoes, Prosciutto e Rucola topped with Parma ham and arugula, the indulgent Quattro Formaggi with four Italian cheeses, and the flavorful Frutti di Mare with seafood and spicy tomato.

Complementing the pizzas is a curated vermouth selection, crafted in the spirit of Nonno’s recipes. Guests can explore unique profiles such as Vermouth di Agrumi with citrus notes, Vermouth Fruttato with coffee and fig, Vermouth Floreale infused with elderflower and chamomile, and Del Nonno’s Preferito with herbal warmth.
