Delhi’s Cult Ramen Brand Long Finish Takes Over Mumbai’s Supa San for Three Days

Supa San, the vibrant Japanese izakaya by Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., is thrilled to announce a limited-time collaboration with Delhi’s cult ramen brand, Long Finish, from 20th to 22nd February. This exclusive 3-day pop-up fuses Supa San’s manga-inspired pop culture and Japanese flair with Long Finish’s mastery of high-craft ramen and Mazemen.

At the heart of the pop-up is Chef Kunal Dogra of Long Finish, known for his meticulous, ingredient-led approach to ramen. Every element of the bowl is made in-house — from broths simmered for 15–18 hours to extract maximum depth of flavour, to hand-made low-hydration noodles that deliver the perfect bite. His philosophy centres on honest flavours, precise technique, and bowls that are both comforting and bold, reflecting Long Finish’s reputation as one of India’s most exciting ramen-focused brands.

The menu features a carefully curated selection of ramen to suit every taste. Mazemen, the soupless ramen, is rich, flavorful, and satisfying, with options like Tantan with Tofu or Chicken and Soy, Garlic and Ginger with Tofu or Chicken, offering comforting, umami-packed bowls. The Light Bodied Ramen features the classic Chintan, a Shoyu broth that is light but full of flavor. Guests can choose Tofu, Chicken, or Pork, each served with springy noodles and well-balanced toppings for a bowl that feels easy, soothing, and satisfying. For those who enjoy deeper, richer flavors, the Heavy Bodied Ramen selection is creamy and comforting. The Paitan with Tofu and Paitan with Chicken have thick, silky broths with strong savory notes, while the Tonkotsu with Pork is a hearty classic made with a slow-cooked pork bone broth that is rich, smooth, and full of depth. All dishes are MSG free and prepared with carefully sourced ingredients. With limited seats and servings each day, this is an intimate, ticketed experience for ramen enthusiasts and food lovers alike. Complementing the menu is a limited-edition cocktail selection, including Umeshu highballs and cocktails made with Choya Umeshu, designed to either cut through the richness of the ramen or enhance its deep umami flavors, creating a seamless food and drink pairing. Prices range from ₹799 to ₹1299 plus taxes, with each bowl served individually to ensure every guest enjoys a complete experience.
