Enhancing its celebrated menu of South Indian cuisine, Madras Kitchen at Marriott Executive Apartments Bengaluru UB City has introduced an array of new additions to its menu. Guests can now explore an expanded range of offerings across small plates, traditional roasts, tawa preparations, curries, biryanis, and desserts, each crafted using locally inspired ingredients and time-honoured techniques.
Signature highlights feature a selection of small plates inspired by regional favourites like paniyaram chatti & jackfruit-based preparations, Tirupati-style vadas, and Andhra and Chettinad specialities. Spice-forward preparations such as ghee roast, chukka and sukka, and Malabar-style roasts are complemented by traditional accompaniments such as neer dosa, Mangalore buns, and parotta. The expanded menu also introduces tawa-fried specialities and a wider range of curries, including Kerala-style moilee, Mangalorean ghassi, Andhra-style iguru, Coorg-style curries, and salna, each defined by distinct regional spice blends.
Guests can further indulge in comforting staples, regional rice preparations, and signature biryanis such as mutton donne biryani and Kongunadu chicken pulao, while the dessert selection now features indulgent creations including caramel ethakka appam, elaneer payasam, and Malabar-inspired sweets that celebrate coconut, jaggery, and seasonal ingredients.
