Curated by Executive Chef Suresh Rajan Pillai, this traditional feast showcases the rich culinary heritage of Kerala through carefully prepared dishes that capture the essence of Onam celebrations. Among the standout offerings are Sharkara Varatti – sweet banana chips delicately coated with jaggery syrup and aromatic dry ginger and cardamom – and Inji Puli, a complex tangy-sweet relish combining ginger, green chilies, tamarind, and jaggery. The menu also features Kootu Curry, a hearty preparation of yam and black chickpeas in thick roasted coconut and spice gravy, alongside Olan – a subtle dish of ash gourd and cowpeas simmered in coconut milk.

The feast concludes with traditional Ada Pradhaman, where rice ada is slow-cooked in thick coconut milk with jaggery, cardamom, and ghee-roasted cashews, and Theeyal – an aromatic roasted coconut gravy with shallots that exemplifies Kerala’s refined spicing techniques.

Each one-hour dining session ensures an intimate and authentic Sadhya experience. The feast is served on traditional banana leaves with Kerala’s signature red Matta rice, promising to transport diners to the heart of Kerala’s festive traditions.
